There is no single national cutoff. The accepted school qualification, examinations, minimum scores and faculty rules must be checked.

A recognised certificate or internal test may be required. A preparatory language year may apply when the level is insufficient.

For most pathways, starting 9–18 months in advance is sensible. Scholarships, medicine, creative programmes and complex recognition require more time.

Autumn is the main entry; direct deadlines differ. Türkiye Scholarships normally has a separate annual window.

Fees change by institution type, language and programme and must be checked in the current official tariff.
